Is there a way to make this stop happening?

I'm not paying for PS Plus currently, as I'm not much of an online player, but every single time I warp to any area of the game or start an expedition, this pops up. It's extremely annoying. Does anyone know a way, whether it be in the PS setting or whatever to get it to stop?

We are aware of this issue, and as others have said, we'll have an update later this week to address this and the lack of Founder's Items.
