Performance is very discouraging...

I'm really trying to enjoy the game but the inconsistent frames and just bad fps in general bothers me quite a bit especially considering I have a high end system (4080, 7800x3d, 32gb ram). I get sutters often, fps dips to below 60 fps in some dungeons and the open world. At this point I think I'll wait for official release later in Oct. to see if any of this changes because theres no way I should be able to run Black Myth Wukong at 1440p max settings better than this game. Its a shame too because I love the art style and gameplay but I just cant get past the stuttering and steep fps drops.
