I know they are doing this in order to combat fraudulent purchases but wouldn't it have been a BETTER idea preventing new accounts from gifting skins, smth like your account needs to be 30 days old and having played at least 100 matches to unlock this function. These people really piss me off, how come they didn't come up with this idea?
