In item details it said that it will do 10% of targets max health as physical dmg but it just doesn't feel like 10%. Or I'm just stupid and this item works with different method

External link →That physical damage is still affected by the targets Armor so against a target with no Armor it'll deal the full 10% (such as a jungle monster), but against a target with 100 Armor (such as the target dummy) it'll deal 5%.
