[2022] Is On-Hit viable on WR (ADC)?

I rlly like On-Hit more than crit but WR doesn't have Rageblade or any other on-hits like Kraken Slayer, The only thing WR has is BotRK and Wit's End which are weaker when used by range compared to melee, I tried so many ways like combining both crit and on-hit or on-hit with weird tanky items that are not commonly run by adc like Black Cleaver or Tri Force but didn't find any viable build for On-Hit
