[2021] Can’t find any ranked matches since reaching level 10

I’ve hit level 10 a few days ago and have been trying to play ranked. Every time, the queue goes up to 20 minutes then times out. I haven’t been able to get a single match.

I’ve contacted support and they told me if I was using a VPN to close it, but I am not using one.

I am guessing it’s either there is no one in these low ranks in my region or that there’s some bug causing this.

Any ideas?
