[2021] I think Diana doesnt recieve her atkspeed steroid right now.

could be new atk speed change thing but played 2 bot games playing her and felt like i actually never gained the atk speed steroid after using E. wether while moving or standing still

Disclaimer: played her the last few days and something really feels off

Edit: checked in Practice tool put her on lvl 15 checked the stat tab while using E no change in atkspeed
