[2022] Control Question

I haven't played WR for a long time. Since I forgot my data for my old account, I made a new one. I played a few rounds and noticed something. For example, on my old account, I could target minions with my basic attack by dragging my finger over them. Currently the minions only light up red when I target them. I can’t drag my basic attack to target a minion, a plant, a ward etc. Where can i customize that? I couldn't find anything (probably I'm missing the option)
