Not a typo. Potential Damage isn't reliable in Co-Op as Bots may or may not interact with you, but it's very consistent in Randoms at .5 to 2 million per game depending on ship type.

There are some who have techniques they use in Co-Op to get shot at and rack up ~2 million Potential per match. I'd assume it's using a fast cruiser and opening fire early to get spotted before other ships (to focus fire on your ship).

20million Potential can be done in 10-40 games. 20 solo captures could be as little as 10, but potentially hundreds depending on Class preference and situation.
