Please make a CS Ticket. Neither Konception or I are technicians and it sounds like you have a rather unpleasant situation to correct.

While you wait for CS, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling the client. Sometimes a fresh install can do wonders and get even iron out the weirdly specific issues.
