[2022] The counter to CV it just works

This one's a weird one.

After getting a small pop of Reports, I've had a look at this Thread. The Reports over posts IN the thread are... overblown.

As for the OP...

I'm going to tie this one off before it turns into a screaming match over the "Wisdom" of yolo'ing a Radar Cruiser forward to kill a CV that only needed to be Rocketed by a Friendly CV for less than 5k damage.
