Heyo Captains,

We've discovered the issue that is resulting in some players not receiving the appropriate items for returning.

If you received this email and went through the steps to claim the items, you will receive them, it will just take a little longer than anticipated.

When I received more information on the matter I'll let you know.

@WhyRun looks like all rewards are already in your port. Could've been a delay with the crediting but you should be all set.

@hawkeyededic, @hazardrat and @Macgyversite I can see that you've recently logged in to the game prior the start of this activity. I'm afraid that it makes your accounts ineligible for these offers. Sorry.

@AdmSevicson Unfortunately, we have to comply with legal requirements in your country in order to keep providing services for you and other players in your country. We're working and finding solutions to this problem.

@Zinjifrah please try to login again. You should receive your rewards upon login. Please reach out to Customer Support if you still having issues.

As for many others in this thread, I think I need to clarify more on the conditions you need to meet in order to receive these offers. It's stated in the article and forum thread that you can receive it if you haven't been playing since June 1st or earlier. However, to be more precise, all players who haven't log in to the game in the last 60 days are eligible for this offer. If you haven't been playing in a while but logged in within the last 60 days, I'm afraid that you won't be eligible for these offers.

I understand that you might have questions especially if you haven't got the reward that you've expected. Please feel free to reach out Support so they could check your eligibility and address your concerns. It may sound like an extra step for you, but only Customer Support has all required tools in order to investigate issues like this and provide you the correct answer.
