I'm your friendly CS manager. Your old nickname did not directly violate Game rules yet it was in the grey area. In these cases, we normally don't do force renames unless someone reports it to be offensive.
Please work with CS and they will help you to pick another nickname for free.

We've seen an unusually huge spike in tickets requesting these refunds so it makes take a bit longer to process them. Each and every single ticket will be properly reviewed and offered a refund as per our original refund offering.
So you have issues submitting CS tickets to request your Santa crates to be refunded?
Here's what you can do:
Clear cache and cookies
Make sure that in the field where they need to specify the amount of the transaction they aren't using 0 or blank ( that somehow confuses the system)
Try to submit a ticket in another ticket queue, for example, in-game good. That might slightly increase the time of handling your ticket but that'll work anyway

When you activate the coupon ( ie click to proceed to the payment) the coupon gets locked for 60 minutes (I think it's 60 minutes). So in case if you have any payment issues it might look like the coupon is gone. But it will reappear after the cooldown. Check your premium shop again.
For issues like that in the future, I would recommend sending a ticket to our Billing CS team.

I'm afraid coupons can't be used when redeeming your gift cards. I understand that you don't have a credit/debit card. I'd recommend you check Karma Koin for example. Their cards would give you better value for the money compared to regular gift cards.
I'm afraid Prepaid customers are not eligible for this offer.

Each 30% discount coupon has usually 3 days term. However, if you starter a payment, applied your coupon, and then decided not to proceed with the payment the coupon will be temporarily locked 9 don't really remember for how long, I think it's only several hours). Anyways sending a ticket would be the best option. Even if your coupon expires by the time they get back to you, they can still track your payment attempts and they will help.
