First, thank you for taking the time to make a post citing your troubles without mentioning specific players, mods, staff, etc. We take matters such as yours seriously. Our mods do work very hard and potentially might not have seen these comments that you mentioned, but we do suggest sending the mod(s) that you referenced a DM in Discord informing them of what happened so they can look into it. If this doesn't resolve your issue, you can send a DM to a Community Manager in your region so they may handle it. We appreciate your patience while this is being examined.
