[2021] Why are subs RPF'd in operational if they can't see nor send teamspotting?

I'm going to have to run a few games. I do feel like I recall staying at Max Depth to avoid a DD in the area, and knowing that I couldn't even pop up to Operational to get an update on him because RPF would point me out and give him a new line for Depth Charges.

Memory is spotty on this one.

Confirmed. RPF stays locked until Max Depth.

Max Depth allows Subs to break standard rules to engage their specific stealth capabilities.
