[2022] (Fixed Now!) The new Transformers mission is co-op unfriendly

I have a question in about this. It is a bit late on a Friday, so hoping to hear back. Biggest issue is that once a mission goes into the wild it may be unable to be altered after players begin to complete it.

This is most likely an oversight if "Assisted in Capture" ribbons are not counting as Solo Caps can be a high ask, certainly.

Players have wanted to finish the Transformers Collection for quite some time. Premium Containers do not offer Collection pieces so there is no benefit to making a hard mission in the middle as that runs counter to our hopes. We have a LOT of containers to do our best to help players finish out the Collection even if they are only just starting it with this part of the Collab.

The Premium Containers do not contain Collection pieces. There is no "hassle without resorting to crates". The Collection pieces are earned through this mission chain.

All the tasks are very doable, but I agree the 20 Solo Captures is likely oppressive.

Good to know, thank you. I don't think those were a thing last time because there was just straight up not a way to complete the Collection.

The good news is you don't need these at all. The 65 Containers in the mission chain should complete a Collection from scratch outside of an extremely small chance. For anyone who has already started the collection it should be absolutely completable.

By bringing it to the attention of a CM to see if the Mission Chain can be altered. I have already inquired internally to see if it can. If it cannot, then it comes to figuring out how to fix it anyway.

So far, we're at the second part.

Update: It's already mid-day Friday so any way to address this may be on hold until Monday.

The best Work-Around/Quick-Finish to guarantee Solo-Cap availability looks to be using a fast DD in Brawls to try and grab solo caps.

Ideally the "Assisted in Capture" ribbons can be added. Until that time, Brawls is an option or using a Division in Co-Op and taking turns getting a cap.
