First of all, while I know this can be an unpopular opinion, but your experience or experience of players who is visible to you doesn't mean overall experience.
Secondly, the changes are literally are don so with the same combat performance shown, the carriers will earn the same amount of XP as other ship types. Economics shouldn't be used to balance ship's power. The same approach is similar with premiums, btw - we strive to make them similar in power to tech tree ships, instead of making them worse, due to their better earnings.
Thank you for your concern.
We're investigating this right now and will talk about it in further detail soon.
But what can I certainly tell you right now is that it affects a lot of ships, not only Smolensk, and this has been part of game mechanics for a long time.
We should also thank u/leehwongxing - has checked quite a few ships, you can see results of this player investigation on reddit.
It's in the article.
Getting in-game resources isn't free, You still spend time to get them and can spend them on different other things - they aren't unlimited. Also, even unrelated coal, doubloons have long been available via in-game activities, but anyway, you don't get those resources for free.
Heyo! Could you please make sure you add this to the bugs thread and we will ensure to report this.
We identified an issue with this feature a little while ago. We are hoping to get it resolved and reinstated in the next sound update which will be in early 2020.
We included an update this patch to the reticule: "The gun sight reticule has been switched to utilize new technology, which opens the doorway to future changes in the game. Its visuals now look neater and cleaner". When I tested elements this morning my reticule worked fine, if you could please provide more details on what is going on with your reticule and which one you are using I can investigate for you.
