[2020] Chat ban LIBERATION

So for future reference, two negatives do not make a positive.

Just because you do not like how a player may play, does not mean that you get to violate our rules in chat. You put forth the effort and energy to say something that was inappropriate possibly in chat, that energy could be easily redirected towards just playing the game.

It is quite easy to NOT get chat banned actually....

That being said, if you think you didn't say anything proper, you can put a CS ticket in and actually ask WHAT got you banned.

If you got chat banned you can always reach out to CS to get the details on why you were sanctioned and appeal your ban. If you were naughty in the chat there's no way your ban will be removed.

That's happened due to the fact that the answer was indeed provided in another ticket you've submitted prior to this. You can see that in the ticket 126053447.

As for the wording on these bans, we're currently working on making them clearer.

Well, It was a separate ban because you used some bad words in the chat once you got unbanned. I understand that you were not intended to insult anyone but still, it's not good. You can request to remove this ban again just keep your chat clean.

The reason for the ban is very generic and we're going to address it shortly. Now it's actually turning into a discussion of moderation action which isn't allowed by forum rules. In addition to that, I can't disclose any of your personal information here. Feel free to pm me so I could explain to you better what happened in your case.
