[2022] when do normal ops come back?

The Halloween Op of the Week ends on Tuesday and will be replaced by Operation Wolfpack for 2 weeks. In Update 0.11.10, the Random Operations queue will return.

I did ask if we'd be able to offer Halloween Operations/Operation Wolfpack as their own modes for queue'ing, but we didn't have UI (User Interface) in place to make that happen. The decision to return for the Operation-of-the-Week format for this Update was part Update-Event and part legacy coding (as Operation of the Week always existed prior to 0.11.8).

To my knowledge, the only Operation with Submarines is Operation Wolfpack. I don't have any updates otherwise.
