[2022] Birthday Gift Questions 2022 (Last year I got it on January 1st, as I never set my birthday)

I'm not sure. The gifts being sent out on January 1st for those that hadn't put in their birthdays wasn't intended. I believe we've fixed whatever issue may have caused that, so the best way to get a birthday gift would be to put in your birthday to opt in to receiving it.
