The new Expendable Bonuses are single-use items. Your picture shows 2,042 "+200% Commander XP" Expendable Bonuses. So, you can equip a +200% Commander XP Expendable Bonus for your next 2,042 Battles if you'd like.
It's only 1 Expendable Bonus per match per Resource, so if you use a +200% Commander XP Expendable Bonus, then you couldn't also use a +800% at the same time.
