[2023] Our clan commanders are MIA

The clan is owned by its Commander. We don't transfer assets due to inactivity.

WG policy is not to be involved in clan affairs. You may want to consider starting a new clan with your active players!

I imagine a Commander could write a Will to Customer Support and file a copy with their Leadership team in case of issue. To my knowledge that hasn't happened, but I don't see why it couldn't. In the absence of something stating a method of transfer from the person that owns the Clan itself, it's not something we interact with.

We do have a process for stepping in when a Commander has passed away, but that requires verification of the passing and unaminous agreement of all Leadership on the replacement. A Commander who has stepped away from the game could return whereas someone who has passed could not.
