Others have pointed out that Armory stuff tends to be added on Friday (since the Update rolls out across the globe over a 2 day timetable).

There are Battle of Jutland Containers that will be added that have a chance to drop her and a Camo for her. The direct purchase option will also be available via doubloons.

Missions? I'm not aware of an Agincourt Mission Chain.

We have Battle of Jutland containers in the Armory for 1,000 Coal Each which can drop the Agincourt, her camo, as well as other things. The Agincourt is also available via direct sale for those who would rather avoid the Container interactions.

When you purchase a ship while it's new, a mission can be offered as an additional incentive. The mission is limited to the purchase packages that offer it.
