[2023] 12.3 bugs with Radeon graphics

Please reach out to Customer Support. I don't have a list of older cards that have been reporting issues so I don't know if your card is included.

As for a temporary solution that may help:

Try turning off Game browser hardware acceleration in the game settings. It was reported that this could help players with older graphic cards that are having issues with Dockyard, Armory and other areas.
