[2022] PTS 11.7 pt2 Update Patch

Captains!
A patch will be applied to the Public Test Server Round 2:

Fixed a bug that could prevent the in-game browser from opening in some situations.


Fixed a bug that could cause the ship collision sound to be played in battle when there was no collision taking place.


Updated the video shown after construction in the Dockyard is complete.
