[2023] New Allied Commanders misnamed (Mod conflict found)

Patch Day can always be a bit strange as things are settling in. Please make a CS Ticket regarding this, but it may resolve on its own over the next several hours.

Also, as normal, please remove any mods that you have installed as updates cause weirdness until mods are updated to the current version.
