Digital Privacy Law prevents us from responding with the specifics of what was done. If your message actually stated that a Chat Ban was applied, that's not to say the length/severity of it. While it could be 24 hours, it could also be Permanent, so please don't imagine a worst cast scenario where this didn't matter.
