As a Hybrid, her planes give her versatility that other ships don't really have. That is a remarkable advantage even if the planes aren't very powerful. Situational Flexibility is a strength on its own.

Her Concealment is great, her guns are solid, and her torps are wonderful when you're kiting away. She's a Cruiser first, hybrid second.
