[2023] Why I am OK with stomps

Random Battles is Random for our game. There are measures in place to govern how many times you are Top-Tier/Bottom-Tier/etc, and also measures to keep both sides equal in terms of Nation/Type (2 US Cruisers on one side and 1-3 US Cruisers on the other so they are within 1 of each other in terms of "US Cruisers"). Divs are not broken up to force the Nation/Type to even out, though.
