I've contacted Customer Support. They say that your birthday information in your account is displayed, but only because of one of the services you have linked to. You have not set your birthday in our Account Management page.
Please manually open the Account Management area and set your birthday manually, then contact Customer Support again.

You can set a different date, then reset it to the correct date. It just needs a manual input.
After you do that, please contact Customer Support again.
Please just change the date and contact Customer Support. They can unlock it so you can set it correctly.
This is part of the process that we need to happen. We need you to input a date into our Account software. Customer Support can help after you have done that.
