[2022] New bot spawn for Raptor Rescue?

Raptor Rescue has... three different spawn layouts, I think?

There have been some mentions of Aegis having strange spawns so we're looking into why that is. It might be that Raptor has something as well?

If people are noticing any sort of spawn strangeness/trend with Raptor Rescue (or any operation in general), please let me know and provide Replays for analysis.

We've gotten several reports of this and are looking into it. I'm not sure when I'll have more info.
