[2022] Is Capping now a sign for "Inactivity in battle"?

There are various conditions that each class uses to signify that it is active. One of the conditions for CVs is having at least 1 point of damage dealt to an enemy ship by planes.

I'm wondering if there's an over-riding condition that a DD has at least some direct damage or spotting damage as a minimum. Since no damage occurred at all, that may have been an issue as neither condition could have been fulfilled.

I've put in a question to see what the specific issue might have been.

If the OP has a Replay, it would be appreciated.

At the moment, we're not sure what the issue was either. We need a Replay to look into this further.

It's been reviewed and there were abnormally long periods of inactivity that caused the penalty. Being not active (not moving/shooting) will be viewed by the system as inactivity, so please try to have at least some form of movement/activity where possible.

Do you have a Replay of this game? Did you disconnect at all?
