[2023] Bug with this weeks naval battles

Naval Battles auto-generate sections for the x2 modifiers. It looks like the same situation as last time where it gave preference to the newest additions to the grid.

There's not a way for us to change the choices made by the NB algorythm, unfortunately. I'll raise the issue internally and see if we can get those grid sections disabled after this NB weekend.

We will be disabling the UK Subs grid section until a future update. Hopefully it occurs today, but should be done by Monday at the latest.
