It's literally my job to collect this feedback and pass it along. Your feedback here joins feedback from CST, ST, CC's, Privateers, and MY FEEDBACK () which returns to the developers.
Your feedback is not ignored - but that does not mean we do everything everyone wants all of the time
You don't have to provide any feedback at all if you don't want to do so. It's purely voluntary.
MANY things that are closed-tested do not enter the game at all, or do so in an altered manner.
That's why it's closed testing.
