Issue looks to have been tracked to mods that reference newly outdated text.

Disable your mods, then add them back one at a time until you find the one that's giving you problems.

Which client are you using? Steam, WGC, or Microsoft?

Also, have you performed a Check & Repair?

Do you still have wrong text issues after the check and repair?
