If you have a player in your match who is intentionally griefing their teammates, please create a Customer Support Ticket by using this link: https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/help/31336/31337/31338/31339/. Be sure to include a Replay.
That is absolutely something to Ticket so we can Action it and investigate further.
If you experience stuff that seem particularly egregious, please send me a DM with the Ticket #.
1. There is a Replay bot available on the Discord server which offers a compressed view of a Replay. You can feed it a Replay and it'll condense it into a fast minimap-rendering.
Note: You don't need to watch the Replay yourself. We just need the Replay of the game at issue, which is often easiest to find by timestamp. The folder for Replays tends to be sorted by time of creation, so the newest ones are at the bottom of the folder.

2. Our headquarters is in Europe and we follow GDPR. We do not comment on account actions as those are private between us and the account holder. This is not something that we can change.
I did suggest the idea of a Hotfix video or a sort of "year-in-review" article that could go over the workings of our CS system in general. Like, how many chat bans/game bans were applied over the year. That information would be in general, but it could help with confidence in the system. However, people have since learned that the system works and concerns reduced to a point where that no longer seemed needed. It would still be cool to do, though.
