The Brisbane was available through F2P grind (missions chain + in-game resources)


Rio de Janeiro and Jarua were both Premium Ships that were grindable during 12.2 via the event tokens


Tashkent '39 was available for in-game resources (credits/coal/freeXP) in 12.3

There were other ships which became available for resources like Coal or Resarch Points, so those are also worthy of consideration.

We have a lot of different promotions and events, so you should always expect to see a variety. Some will be completely free grinds, some will be reduced-cost grinds, and some premiums are just only sold for money.

There has been consistent feedback requesting that the "Direct Purchase" option that we offer not be only an Admiral Pack. Some folks just want that ship and only the ship. We've conveyed that up the chain!
