where people got the "confirmed better spite" info? Keep seeing it
Somebody on Twitter in a reply asked if the swords on left was better spite and Maxim replied to them eagle eye. Which would mean they were right.
ooooooooh. Now it makes sense. I read it as "better sprite?". I'm an opposite of eagle eyed
I probably should have worded the question better, even after I wrote it I kept reading it as sprite but I let my excitement prevent me from clearing it up or rewording. If I had to guess, that's a resprite of diplomacy?

My answer was related to something less exciting. Culture list icon changed a bit to fit more in layout of other icons.
