I have been grappling with this issue for so long. The last time I even tried to do anything about it was August 9th, it just isn't working. Every time I launch the game, it works fine, up until I try and go to my saved worlds. When I click on saved worlds, the console pops up with an error message about loading previews (Image linked below) and if I make a new world or try to open any of my existing worlds, it crashes the game. The only way I can play the game is through autosaves, which means that I can only ever play the starting island that appears when I load the game up, or a previous starting island. Worldbox is one of my favourite games and I want to be able to play it again. If you can help, please do
