Hey,

I'm sorry to hear that. The abandonment sanction will still apply if you disconnect (even if it's not your fault) because there is no way for it to know if a player is making themselves disconnect on purpose to avoid an abandonment sanction if it didn't apply.

We are unable to provide anything back for getting an abandonment sanction, remove temporary suspensions, and we are also unable to modify player ranks unfortunately.

It sucks to hear that happened. I've started seeing some more threads about these disconnects and I'm trying to gather more data on my end to ship it off to the proper team. Are there any details you can share about the end of your match that felt out of the ordinary? Even if it was something small it might be something we can look into on our end. Anything helps!

This is meant to be a whole Nova Crystal, will get the team on it asap once we're back both to fix the bug and make it right for those affected by it.
