The console version is a custom flavor of a14.7 with most of a15 content added, and some a16. It is in no way compatible with any PC version of the game.
The current version of the game client on the PC is light years ahead of the consoles anyway. I'm certain you won't miss your old world much once you start exploring all of the new features.
