To clarify, Loot is now tiered (Stone/primitive tier, Iron tier, steel tier); You CAN still find things from higher tiers while in the tiers below it, but the chances are incredibly small. You wont find guns until closer to day 10+ now unless you're very lucky or get it from a trader.

I'm not sure why people have such a hard time looking for existing threads before posting.
