Yeah, I got that part. I was just curious why the DMCA wasn't issued years ago if it was a violation of the EULA. They've known about MM and that it was making money for years. It's not like MM was hiding that fact. From what I'm gathering, it appears TFP changed the EULA so that it is now a violation. So, they didn't issue a DMCA before because it wasn't a violation then? I don't know. Glad I'm not affected by it.

Seems TFP never shut down MM because they didn't want this kind of stuff to happen. As long as everyone got along, it appears TFP was willing to let it slide. However, Zyn committed a crime (Getting smart on Twitter) while committing a felony (Profiting from someone elses work), and is eating sh*t because of it.
