It is better now and if creative mode is your thing when flipping buildings, A21 will be even better. The reason is new custom decorative blocks galore many of which are only accessible via the creative menu. A20 added some but A21 is going to be a wonderland for players like yourself.

On the downside there are still very limited textures.
