[2020] barbed wire bug

If the devs were faced with such a bug with barbed wire, one way they’d resolve the bug would be to remove the barbed wire from the game. 😛

Last I knew this bug, let’s call it pitchlock, was known to testers but no one had a reproducible procedure to reliably cause it.
