[2023] Messiah shotgun factory?

I feel like the messiah factory is a pretty solid nod towards the fact that, in the event of an apocalypse, a place like a gun factory is probably going to be the FIRST place a LOT of survivors go. Throughout the whole factory there's just not a whole lot in the way of good loot/gun loot, but the loot at the end is one of the bigger ending loot stashes, iirc.

Solid amount of zombies to kill for exp too.
