The name of the store is “Traitor Joel’s”. The person working in the store is Bob. The announcement is like saying “Kmart is now open” or “Macy’s will be closing soon”. It doesn’t matter what the name of of the manager working the Kmart or the Macy’s is.

Could be they’re changing them to separate stores and the loud speaker message not changing is an oversight. Originally they were all Traitor Joel’s. Maybe eventually the messages will change to “Bob’s Salvage”.

they didn't record new greetings for the stores when they added the other traders, and they probably never will considering they're going all in on the "brand" path.

It’s because when they added more traders they kept the Traitor Joel sign for every trading post so that every one was a Traitor Joel’s run by different NPCs

It wasn’t until A21 with the big art update that each trader got their own signage with their own name on it. So it’s obviously evolving but there was a point where it very much was set up like a chain— including the loud speaker messages that are the same for every store in the chain.
