In the long run you can max out all 5 with points to spare. The max level is 300 and you currently need around 278 points to max every stat and skill.

It depends entirely on how much time you intend to dedicate to the world and how you go about farming experience. 60 game days? Not a chance in the world even with 3x xp and double day length.
150-300+ days? Fairly feasible.
reaching level 100~ isn't too hard, but, every level is progressively more exp required. by 150 it becomes difficult to gain a level, by 200 it's a chore. Most people probably quit around level 100 or day 60 or so, though; because it gets way too easy.
