That's because Nvidia is about three Alpha's behind in their configuration. They are still looking for the settings in a location that hasn't been used since a16.

You can make a note of their recommended settings, and apply them manually. However if they suggest enabling any options with reflections, ignore it. Keep those disabled until TFP gets around to optimizing them a lot better.
