[2020] Is it now possible play in 3rd person?!

Iirc it's accessible by enabling debug mode and...tapping left alt? Or left ctrl, something like that.

Fair warning, Third person character results in first person in a vehicle.

Also fair warning, This is an experimental and incomplete feature purposely hid behind debug/developer mode as it's not wholly ready for the light of day yet; You will very likely experience issues, clipping, camera getting caught, etc; Don't worry about making bug reports for it.
